Pit Stops: our refuelling options

Our food vendors bring an exciting blend of flavours and energy, much like our event itself. Offering everything from quick bites to locally sourced coffee, they’re an essential part of our event experience. They’re the perfect way to refuel before diving into all our event has to offer.

First aid

During the event, St John’s Ambulance will be on-site to ensure everyone’s health and safety. Their presence is part of our commitment to providing a supportive environment for all attendees. Whether it’s a minor concern or a more urgent issue, their trained medical team is ready to help.

You’ll find St John’s Ambulance conveniently stationed within Queen’s Jubilee Hall for the duration of the event. This central location makes it easy for anyone to access their services quickly and without hassle. Clear signage will be in place to guide you, so you won’t have to worry about finding help if you need it.

Finding us on the day

We’re easy to find and conveniently situated in the heart of the South East, accessible by car, bus or rail. Located just 36 miles from London and 20 miles from Brighton, with direct access from the M23 and M25 motorways, we’re also on the doorstep of London Gatwick Airport.

The main entrance to the South of England Event Centre is on the B2028 Selsfield Road, close to the centre of Ardingly village.

There is also a bus stop situated close to the main entrance to the Showground with a very limited bus service on the 272 Metrobus Route.

Helpful information

The North Gate will open at 10am for entry. Don’t worry about finding your way around – we’ll have plenty of signs and friendly stewards available around the car park to guide you in the right direction.

Plus, we’ve got you covered with free parking and disabled access. Just make sure to have your tickets ready to be checked at the entrance of the showground after you’ve parked.
