We know that not every business has a major exhibition budget. That’s why Moto-Union offers a range of stand sizes and pricing options, from simple start-up pitches through to larger spaces for established brands.
Our goal is simple: make it easy for any motorbike businesses to be part of the show. Projects, Pieces and Parts is designed to be a marketplace, showcase and networking hub all in one.

If you have any questions about our 2026 event, we’ve got you covered! We’ve compiled a list of the most frequently asked questions to make things as easy as possible.
Payment
You’ll need to get in contact to request a trade pitch. Once we’ve agreed you’re a right fit for the show and what pitch you’d like to go for, we can organise payment. We’ll send an invoice that can be paid by bank transfer.
Artwork Specifications
If you’ve chosen the advert or marketing package, we’ve got some details on how we’d like to receive artwork for the relevant channels. Just a heads up, we might be able to help you design the artwork, but it might come with an extra charge. Feel free to reach out and chat about it!
Once you’ve got your artwork ready, please send it along with your company or club name as a reference to marketing@motounion.co.uk.
Print Artwork
We have provided sizes below depending on the size advert you have selected. We will accept artwork in either PDF or InDesign format. To ensure the best quality printing, artwork should be in CMYK, a minimum of 300 dpi (dots per inch) and vectorised or high resolution assets.
Full Page – A4 210 x 297 mm
Half Page – A5 148 x 210 mm
Quarter Page – A6 105 x 148 mm
Digital Artwork
For artwork to be used on our website, emails or on our socials, we need high resolution artwork provided in either JPG, Photoshop or Figma format. To ensure the best quality, artwork should be in RGB and a minium of 72 dpi (dots per inch). We align with Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) so we won’t accept artwork or banners for email or website as a self-contained image.
Logos – provided in SVG or Illustrator vectorised format
Social – 1080 pixels x 1080 pixels
Website – Images in 16 x 9 or 4 x 3 aspect ratios. Responsive HTML, PhotoShop or Figma files provided for designs.

Parking
The North Gate will open at 8am for trade entry. Don’t worry about finding your way around – we’ll have plenty of signs and friendly stewards available around the car park to guide you in the right direction.
